These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Wristo (“Wristo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Wristo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Wristo

Wristo is a personal collection management tool designed to help watch collectors organize, track, and value their watch collections, including watches, brands, models, reference numbers, purchase details, estimated values, usage history, and notes.

You are responsible for the information you enter in the app and for how you use Wristo.

2. Not Financial or Investment Advice

Wristo lets you record purchase prices and estimated values for each watch and automatically totals this information to show your total investment and estimated collection value. These totals are provided for convenience only.

Wristo does not provide financial, investment, appraisal, tax, or professional advice. Estimated values are based solely on the information you enter and do not reflect real-time market prices, professional appraisals, or resale value. You are responsible for independently verifying any value before relying on it for insurance, sale, or other purposes.

3. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of any totals, statistics, or summaries shown in Wristo depends entirely on the information you provide, including purchase prices, estimated values, and usage records.

We do not guarantee that any total, statistic, or estimated value will be accurate, complete, or up to date.

4. Accounts and Data

Wristo may store your data locally on your device and may sync your data using Apple iCloud if iCloud is enabled on your device and for the app.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, Apple ID, iCloud account, and any backups you choose to use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wristo to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the app.
• Use the app for fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

6. Ownership

Wristo, including its design, features, branding, text, software, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the collection information and data you enter into the app.

7. Third-Party Services

Wristo may rely on Apple services, including iCloud and the App Store, for syncing and app distribution. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update Wristo to add, modify, or remove features, fix bugs, improve performance, or comply with legal or platform requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Wristo after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wristo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Wristo will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that your data will never be lost.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or financial losses arising from your use of Wristo.

Your use of Wristo is at your own risk. You are responsible for reviewing your collection data, estimated values, and any decisions made based on information in the app.

11. Termination

You may stop using Wristo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app or certain features if you violate these Terms or if required by law or platform rules.

12. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Wristo from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Wristo, except as required by applicable law.
